Hi there, my name is Manon.

Welcome and thank you for being here.

I am many things at once. A daughter, a grand-daughter, a sister, a partner, a friend... a human, a woman exploring what it means to be alive, here and now, on this Earth.

I come from a lineage of farmers and healers from whom I inherited a profound respect for the Earth, its rythms and its seasons. Being in Nature is my medicine. It’s where I feel the most like myself, where I feel the freest. It’s where I recharge, where I regulate, where I feel that I belong, and where, in this state, I get to experience pure harmony.

From this relationship with Nature and my interests in studying and experimenting with various Indigenous cultures, I got the belief that we, human beings, are meant to thrive from a place of attunement to ourselves and our environment.

We are meant to prosper, not just thanks to our intellectual minds, but with the whole of who we are : our emotions, feelings, intuitions, instincts, body's cues and signals that are all part of the deep intelligence of Life intrinsically present in ourselves — so that we can create embodied communities and societies and develop organic and harmonious ways to live life on this planet together.

My belief is that Somatic Coaching moves us closer and closer to us living this way.

  • I’m a Taurus rising which is an archetype very connected to its sensations, sensitive to pleasure, physical touch and everything that has to do with pleasing the body. It makes me naturally intuitive to my own body’s signals and obviously very receptive to Somatic work in itself. It also gives me a lot of groundedness, solidity and vitality.

  • I also have in my chart 4 planets in Scorpio, including the ruler of my chart Venus and personal planet Mercury. Having personal planets in Scorpio is not necessary an easy path to walk considering Scorpio is an archetype that brings in pretty intense emotional experiences. The gift that comes with this archetype is that it makes me able to hold the kind of space for people’s strong emotions with great ease.
